Refund Policy
In most cases sales are final. However, If you have ordered a product online and wish to have it refunded you can by logging in and making a request or contacting us in the office and we shall take care of this for you provided your item has not shipped or left our facilities.Payments, Pricing & Promotions
We accept returns for exchange only, for items damaged in transit, which will be handled by a claim against the shipping company who handled your freight. To be eligible for an exchange, please email us immediately at info@predireparis.ca . Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
